Avanci Inks Patent Licensing Agreement With Ford

Avanci has announced it has entered into a patent licensing agreement with Ford Motor Company.

In a single contract, Business Wire reported that Ford will gain access to all essential patents for 4G, 3G, and 2G standards owned by the 49 patent holders participating in the Avanci licensing program, as well as any other patent holders who will join in the future, for use in Ford's connected vehicles.
