Last March, Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri filed Senate Bill No. 2002, or the Across-the-Board Wage Increase Act of 2023, which aims to increase private sector wages nationwide by P150. Recently, the Senate announced that this bill is set to be passed by December this year.
