Invisible Universe, an entertainment technology startup, today announced its new animated franchise in partnership with Jennifer Aniston, an investor, and advisor to the company, Business Wire reported.

Clydeo is an animated dog living in Aniston’s Los Angeles house, but he’s no ordinary dog. He fancies himself more human, loves to cook, and is less of a food snob as he is a food enthusiast. Fans can follow him across his own handle for an inside look at his “ruff” day-to-day life with Aniston.

Some may notice Clydeo’s resemblance to Aniston’s beloved dog, Clyde, and they wouldn’t be mistaken. The two are cousins after all! Upon visiting Clyde in Los Angeles, Clydeo fell in love with the food-centric lifestyle and has never left. While this houseguest is massively overstaying his welcome, Aniston is fine with Clydeo staying because this aspiring food blogger and incredible chef-in-the-making whips up dishes that delight.

Upcoming storylines and posts will see Clydeo living in the Aniston household, interacting with her dogs, building his dog foodie empire, and trying the latest TikTok cooking trend.

“It was so much fun bringing my newest family member, Clydeo, to life,” said Aniston. “Developing an animated character and coming up with the storyline is a first for me, but I am excited for everyone to meet him!”

Invisible Universe works with high-profile celebrities, athletes, and influencers to develop and launch original, animated intellectual property (IP) on social media with the mission of building the next 100-year animated franchise. While initially launching on social media, both Aniston and Invisible Universe aim to expand the IP to new platforms, whether that is on the big screen, Web 3, streaming platforms, or through merchandise.

“Launching an indelible character IP is our mission at Invisible Universe and there has been no better partner than Jen to create Clydeo with us,” said Tricia Biggio, CEO of Invisible Universe. “The opportunities are endless for Clydeo and his adventures with Jen, and I can’t wait to share what they cook up.”

Clydeo marks Invisible Universe’s fifth IP franchise in its portfolio, which includes Squeaky & Roy (the long lost toys of the D'Amelio family, reunited with them in Los Angeles), Qai Qai (Serena Williams' daughter’s doll brought to life), Kayda & Kai (Karlie Kloss’ new and already TikTok famous robot and her docking station), and Crazynho (a happy-go-lucky monkey living with Brazilian soccer star Dani Alves).
