She was named one of the remarkable women who lead, inspire, and motivate greatness in their respective industries, beating out contenders from all Asia-Pacific countries and being the sole winner from the Philippines.

As the first Chief Sustainability Officer of the country's top infrastructure investment firm, she has altered the company's operations and advocacies to ensure its viability for future generations.

She has established herself as a change agent for achieving sustainable development goals and creating strategic growth through her comprehensive forward-thinking vision and thriving enthusiasm for purpose.

“Sustainability and the passion for inspiring positive change have always been the backbone of the work that we do, allowing us to do good while doing well,” Cabal-Revilla added.

“I gratefully share this recognition with my MPIC Family, the entire MPIC Group and the wider MVP Group. This is a testament that our collective efforts are bearing fruit as we live out our commitment to creating better lives for our countrymen.”

Cabal-Revilla wears three important hats as CFO, CRO, and CSO, which gives her the distinct advantage of being at the core of all business affairs and pushing change within the firm. She thoroughly connects finance and sustainability by operationalizing and quantifying impacts that are understandable to the public.

“Bolstering our sustainability agenda to benefit our people and our planet is instilled in Chaye’s core as a leader, a mother, and a Filipina,” said MPIC Chairman, President & CEO Manuel V. Pangilinan.

In fact, her view on sustainability as a holistic and end-to-end approach ensured that the business imperatives cover Economic plus Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), deeply embedding sustainability in MPIC’s businesses and value creation strategies.

MPIC was also one of 19 out of 160 companies to receive the highest-level A rating in the Global Listed Infrastructure Organization/Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GLIO/GRESB) ESG Index for Infrastructure.
