ONE DAVAO Launches Eco-Modern Township

The Jonh Tiu-led One Davao Townships Corporation (ONE DAVAO), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Discovery World Corporation (DISCOVERY), is pursuing township projects strategically, beginning with an 11-hectare modern community development in Davao City.

The planned township will be the first of its kind, with ONE DAVAO pushing the region's potential by integrating residential lots and mixed-use spaces.

The project will include two distinct areas that will promote a high standard of living.

The West Village has generous land cuts in a spacious but private setting giving it an eco-modern feel. Approximately 42 percent of the village will be dedicated to open spaces and upscale living amenities.

Residents will reap the benefits of outdoor living thanks to nature-friendly features and a lush, green environment. While the East Village will evolve into a mixed-use and commercial space, it promises to be a leisure hub with all desirable necessities within walking distance.

ONE DAVAO pioneers unparalleled privacy, exclusivity, and security, raising the bar in modern comfort and luxury. In various phases, the development is expected to generate up to $7 billion in real estate sales.
