The Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD) has recognized listed PT&T as the Learning & Development (L&D) Organization of the Year for Private Sector at the recently concluded 5th Gawad Maestro Awards 2021.
Photo Insert: PT&T likewise received its first ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management System this year.
The award is part of PSTD’s advocacy in elevating our country’s Talent Development practices by honoring and recognizing organizations who have demonstrated leadership and creativity in achieving organizational performance excellence through championing their Learning & Development programs as a strategic driver to achieve business results.
The L&D Organization of the Year for Private Sector is based on the successful implementation of large-scale Learning & Development program/s and has effectively embedded a strong learning culture in the workplace through the support of the senior leadership team.
