Speaking on national television, Ustenko said these options were being actively discussed, Natalia Zinets reported for Reuters.
The European Union (EU) has also crafted financial assistance for Ukraine, which has sought food, medicines, clothing, and other necessities for millions of Ukrainians who have stayed and fought the Russian invaders.
Aside from the estimated $4-billion funding from the United States and the World Bank, Ukraine has also received humanitarian aid from France, the UK, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, and several Baltic countries.
