The report was also carried by the press service of Ukraine's parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, according to Ukrinform.
"The platform was created to sell and buy agricultural goods and strengthen contacts between representatives of European logistics and Ukrainian traders and farmers," according to the statement.
The platform's unique feature is that it will accommodate both grain trade and transport, which should make the process of organizing export deliveries easier. This agreement will allow European logistics firms to resolve organizational issues with Ukrainian partners and smooth the flow of goods.
"This is especially true for grain exports from Ukraine by land, as new business relationships and supply chains will be formed," the report stated.
"Such a mechanism should speed up the process of matching supply and demand opportunities. This ensures full transparency of supply and demand and optimal logistics for products.”
According to Ukrinform, Ukraine is gradually increasing grain exports; since the start of the 2021-2022 marketing year, Ukraine has exported 47.8 million tons of grains and legumes, which is 10% more than the previous marketing year.
