As a result, companies today are changing the way they take up space and are adopting elements of flexible workspace strategies to empower their corporate real estate portfolios,” he said.

The Philippines is a rapidly growing market for commercial real estate, with Metro Manila being the key financial hub which is dominated by domestic and multinational corporations.
